Corporate entrepreneurship refers to the formal and informal process of creating new businesses, products, services, and processes to create value and generate new business growth inside of existing organizations. Individuals that do this work are referred to as corporate entrepreneurs, intraprenerus, or mavericks. They are the pioneers, business builders, and change agents that initiate growth inside.
